Jane, I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the dog food that you sent home with us. Poppy is doing so well on it, and loves, loves, loves meal times. She can't get to her bowl fast enough. My other Basset, Lucy has always eaten Canidae, and I thought that she was fine on that. I switched her over gradually to the American Natural and I am so happy with the results! She had always had a "greasy" coat. I couldn't figure out why. We were all laying on the couch this morning and I was petting both of the girls and I realized that Lucy's coat was so soft. She hasn't had a bath since we brought Poppy home. It must be the food! She also doesn't have the stinky throat thing going on anymore, and the ends of her ears aren't stuck full of whatever. I am very impressed, and will continue to feed my girls this wonderful food! Thanks, Martha

It is an excellent food and most of us here can attest to that as I think the majority of us here feed ANP.  Great food at an even better price, can't beat it.

My only wish is that it could be sold nationwide so everyone can use it.  We are a small company but only the best of ingredients go in anp from local markets.  That is the difference, and very few companies can brag about this.  Nothing is bought from out of the country and in this day and age when most of our products human and animal come from China it is a comfort to me to know what my dogs are really eating.  There are some pretty fancy expensive food out there now days, most costing an arm and leg and the ingredients are less than adequate.  What they can put in print on the label and what is actually in the food is disconcerting to say the least.

I agree.  I wish I could get it in Des Moines.  Shipping on dog food is $$$.

Wish we had a distributor also. Having two new pups on anp and no distributor sucks!   Did go with the Fromm.  An area new store has taken a very high interest in the anp product and I've sent him to the web site and to Jane's e-mail for some of the other products.  Here's hoping.

Well Fromm is made in the same plant I think... Jane would know best.  So probably much the same ingredients I imagine but at a bit higher price tag.  Would be very cool if anp went country-wide as I've recommended it to many who are out of state and they just don't want to due to the cost of shipping.

I have several people that order on line.  There feeling is the price of the food is so affordable even with the high price of shipping they would pay the same or even more for the high priced food that they still are not really sure where the ingredients are coming from.

I am lucky in that the company I work for does a lot of business in Wisconsin. When we get closer to running out of our stash, I will just have one of the boys pick some up for us. They are nice like that! hello2

Katie eats ANP.  We have it shipped to SC.  The shipping is more than the dog food, but it is well worth it.  You would pay almost as much for a 40 lb bag of the other dog food sold nationally.  I would rather know my Katie is eating good quality food.

My granddog is a Collie. He loves ANP. If my daughter gives him anyother dog food he spits it out. Smart dog. laughing7
