Bogie's in the house

« Reply #107 on: June 04, 2010, 04:21:12 PM »

So I'm reading one of my basset books about housebreaking and it says "they will eliminate up to a half dozen times a day". What was this guy smoking? Didn't he mean per hour? Does he know Bogie? Man this boy is full of it (so to speak). He is also redefining "ankle biter". Boy do we love him. He is so much fun. He is sleeping through the night and that's a really good thing. And he is definatley a moma's boy.

When we first got Busker I thought he would never stop peeing. Good luck with that one.  laughing7 I am glad he is adjusting so well and that you guys love him. I know you would. Has he met any of the granddogs yet? Have fun.  hello2

Aww... what a cute picture of him and his new mom.  They do melt your heart don't they.  Our boy unfortunately still has bladder control issues.  However he is a rescue and a lot of it seems to stem from his obsession with water.  So now at 7 years old he is banished again to his kennel when we leave while Roxie gets free roam.  Some day maybe we'll have a boy puppy that we will be able to train correctly from the get go and get it right but for now, well we love Beau but I've tired of the constant shampooing of the carpets.

Last night was the first night of puppy kindergarden. Guess who was the only one to pee right there in the middle of the training area. 1st hint it wasn't dad or mom. BangHead He had a blast. Lots of other pups to play with.
